I was very upset at how the arrangement looked. I had specified I wanted an arrangement using something other than a vase and the arrangement came in a purple vase not even matching the flowers. The flowers were compacted so tight just in a clump and I specified I wanted something different and airy. It's clear that my notes I had specified were not even read. I was so upset when I saw this arrangement it wasn't even nice looking nothing even matched had a purple vase and bright pink white polka dot ribbon around the vase nothing even matched very upset for what I paid won't be a repeat custom
